Please read!
- By buying a piece of art, you acknowledge that when I send a sketch, you can only get a maximum refund of 50%, and after that, no refund will be provided.
- If you ask for something and I find out later I cannot provide, you will get a 100% refund.
- If you have time constraints and do not tell me, you will not be eligible for a refund at all, and may have to pay a rush fee of 20% to jump the queue.
- I am a fast artist, but I have a life and get burnout from time to time. I understand you may not have enough time to wait. If I have burnout, you can choose between waiting or a 100% refund.
The first refund rule is the usual rule.
